Lua Raise Loot chance with percentage bonus

Hello, I'm looking for an action itemid script that gives u a percentage number of chances loot chance while killing a monster says loot bonus: the items that obtained from loot bonus.

bump found this Ring that increases loot rate TFS 1.3 (https://otland.net/threads/ring-that-increases-loot-rate-tfs-1-3.279665/#post-2688465) but I don't know how to adjust and link them together I'm not good at programming so much.
