random map errors

So i imported a map from here, and added it to my map, everything went fine except for when i tried to run the server it was giving me a weird error of failed to load item at pos X Y Z. but that position was not eddited or anything, and when i delete those contents it changes to another area random. all from my old map area which works fine. Any idea on why its doing this / how to fix it.

The failed to load monster bosses is irrelevant that error is always there and it still works i just gotta fix that will do later, but that location and issue with item was like a small boat randomly somwhere that has been there since the start so i dont get why it keeps grabbing random locations and giving me errors.
