Range of levels

Hi, where can I in my source files change the range of levels, because as you know it only shows to 65k level and it flies again.
Generally where is it?

If you mean on the client by the skill bar thats a client limit.
The chat where it says "Name level: words" might be changeable. Take a look in chat.cpp and chat.h

Thanks, but which program will be good to edit? Now I have Hex Editor, but I totally don't know what I have to look for.
