Rates?

Hello, as some of you may have seen. I'm going to start an Realmap OTserver.
But before i do that, i want to know what rates to use.

REMEMBER, this server is going to be serious. Around mid-rates would be good, so please give me some tips. Not only for Exp rates, but also lootrate, magiclevel etc..

1-25lvl = x60
26-50lvl = x45
51-120lvl = x20
121-200lvl = x15
201-250lvl = x10
251lvl+ = x5

Skill: x35
Mlvl: x10
Loot: x2/x3

Just the only thing I am disagree with is the skill 35x, I being you put on 25x or maybe 20 xD what u guys think?

It could be too low , 30 instead of 35 is max.I prefer also 35.
