Thats cool, but IMO in the 2nd image, it will look even better if use natural grass and some dirt, thats just my opinion.
 
Too much vines. And just a minor thing - you can add a ground under the roof of the food shop to make Donald's name displaying in grey when you're outside. I also disliked the grass tufts on roof. But basicly it's ok.
