I guess thats one way to fix lag.

He havent logged in on otland since 2014, so you might need to look for him elsewere and tell him that there is a good reason no new accounts are being created on his OT. His name appears to be listed on that otservlist entry.

I know the owner he had website but it seems down for some reasons, I sent message to him and I guess he'll remove account manager's ban in mints.
