And btw, Sun microsystems rarely run Debian based Linux since they use Unix most of the time. So I doubt you can set up an OT on it.
 
A dedicated server is launched by a company with a very fast connection.
You're a private person that's hosting servers. So unfortunately you cannot call yourself a dedicated host.
