What do players suggest for a real tibia map on 10.78? What would attract the most players? I need suggestions.

Don't copy other servers, be original. Attract them with something completelly NEW, think, if you were the player playing on your server what would want?
What I want is a NEW GAME, not tibia. I want a OT with it's own storyline, with your unique NPCs and epic monsters, almost impossible quests with ultra awsome prizes and NO VIP system. All that included on tibia game.
The problem is that players nowadays just want a very easy OT 999x just to kill a rat and then go to PvP killing everyone. I like more the hardcore RPG servers, that unfortunatelly is always empty.
