Ive got a question!

Well, i have downloaded tfs 0.2.4 and now should i change global.lua from it to this old in rmp v0.8 tfs 0.2.2, or not? And what have i change in my old folder with server 8.42 to make it work correctly with 8.5 ???

You shouldn't have done that, because you've lost our source changes.
Anyways, here's the version of 0.2.4pl1's compiled binary with our source edits applied:

The 2 things he posted is the sources to the server, and the fixed .exe

The first one is an updated (compiled binary) .exe (anyways, it's gonna be included with v0.9.0) based on TFS 0.2.4 patch level 1, with our source edits applied.

The second one is the source code of the first thing.

everything looks ok , then i open tibia client ,typing 1/1 and boom server stops working...

Town pos x=0 y=0 z=0 TownID=5?
If that's not the problem.. Do you run your MySQL/SQLite program?
