Windows REAL MAP TIBIA 7.6

Hi,
is there a a rl map out there released of the full real map with spawns and house file in version 7.6 ? Or a map with this stuff that someone could share with me? I only use it for myself and a few friends over lan not over internet. Or is there a Map that I can convert that has all this?

I'm looking for this aswell. I know there was a few, maybe not perfect, but certanily playable.
