Real-server has stop working

Hey i hosted a server on my other computer its windows xp and now i needed to change to my other computer because i got an error that it was out of memory and i needed to change to 64-bit so now when iam trying to host it on this computer it's says real-server has stop working why!? this computer got windows 7 64-bit, the server is a tfs version 3.3.0.0

Version 3.3? Whoa whoa.
Also as of now TFS doesn't support 64 bit windows system =/.
So try LaTiDo or using Linux. Would be the best.
Else you could try dual booting with a 32-bit OS.
