Real Server

Hello dear otlanders.
I was checking otservlist.org statistics and i found out that many servers use "Real Server" distribution. For some reason i couldn't find any information about it at all... so could anyone tell me who releases it, is there a thread about real server? So far i have seen only TFS, OTserv, NaxedOT, Evolutions, Eldinworld etc but no Real Server... It is quite amusing to me that so many servers use Real Server Distribution and i know nothing about it....
