Well, if you ask me i dont like to low rate server. So why would i let my players suffer ^^ I took you rate, made bit changes to it

Between at shop you can buy seprate runes and backpack with runes, including vials ^^

Yea, personally i think its good idea but do it stackable like for example 100x sd its good for wars.

Mastercores EXP stage is shit. People get bored at level 60 because it's slower than 3x. People start PKing and/or quit.

no stackable runes, (sd 1x uh 1x gfb 2x) this is good but remember high STAGES MOST IMPORTANT.

about mana, regeneration and such its 7.7 based on 7.4 or 7.7 like oldera?

Its based on 7.7 client, but the gameplay is 7.4 +port hope. Yes its going to be high rate. We shall decide today in beta.
