Realmap or Custom?

As the tile says, I am trying to compare these two types of maps.

Now I would like to hear what you think otland members.
Realmap with some custom places / quests?
Or
Custom map with ONLY custom places / quests you have never seen before, te.x Vocation / addon quests / long team-quests and so on.

So which shall I use?...

I'm almost 100% that you won't finish the custom server no matter what people say. Same thing with all the other custom projects.

The pitiful thing is, that making a rl map is as simple as downloading and hosting, or just downloading and importing parts of other maps, yet the people who actually do work on a server alot rarely see alot of people.
