A lot of players have been msging me about theyr lost accounts and such. Well, unfortunately we can not recover your accounts.
The reason?:
A lot of players are sharing accounts, and as we put the responsibility about the accounts to our players by 100%, we do not 'care' about account sharing and such.
Anyhow, as them player shares accout, both of them know the passwords and account names, they are both potential account owners. But we can not really know who are the real owner.
And this is the reason for why we can not retreive the account back to you, as we can not be sure if this account really belongs to you, or some other guy etc.
So now you know why we do not retreive lost accounts.
Try just to share your account, or at least have your recovery available incase of other kind of account lost issues.
Tho, we will introduce a new system about the account retreiving soon, so you will be able to proove that your the original owner and such. Unfortunately, i am not aware of when the exact date of when this will happen.
So just hang in there with some patient.
