Rebirth NPC help

I need to know how i could be able to add the NPC in the world ? Is there any how i can do it from in game?

Admin account(God) or w/e.
Then "/n NPCNAME".
Also, use the search function next time.

Or you can open the map with a mapeditor. And the import NPCs' and the just place the NPC where ever you want to!
