Linux Rebooted Dedicated Server, server now fails to launch [boost]

As seen in the mentioned posted, the suggestions are to kill all tfs instances/screens; but the computer is rebooted, there is nothing running. Yet the server still fails with

"/usr/include/boost/thread/pthread/condition_variable_fwd.hpp:85: boost::condition_variable::~condition_variable(): Assertion `!ret' failed."

[TFS 3777 on Ubuntu 16.04 hosted with Oracle Instance]

[@MODS - Please delete this thread, was able to resolve the issue by reinstalling the operating system and doing everything from scratch again. Seems like my error was a freak occurrence since the application had no process running and all related posts referred to the process still running and needing to kill it.]
