CreatureEvent Reborn System

This script is kind basic... My experience using a system like this one was that I got players with 30 reborns after two months of playing (a mid staged exp) and each reset gave hp/mp/speed so they got some POWERFULLY players... It is not a good idea to add benefits like that one.
