Complaint Recieving unjustified infractions and warnings

As most people know, I do not like Realsoft that much. But I do not think that it is a reason to give every post of me an infraction for being off-topic while I am not!

A moderator named CyberM deleted 3 of my posts in the last 10 minutes, got 1 infraction and 1 warning.

I haven't been replying to his thread since a longer time but now he made me upset again by making false accuses.

His last post:

-rest cutted, which just contains insults towards some member named kingdanny-

So I replied today with:

I got an infraction for this, being offtopic.

Then again I did a post with saying that I wish Realsoft good luck on his server and I also added that he should keep me out of everything to avoid me posting here.

This post got deleted

Then I made another post since I didnt understand why these things happened.

This time I got a warning.


Consequently as most people can guess, I am complaining here. I made an offer to him (did it often before), that he should not annoy me and I will not post my experiences on his last server. Now I am wondering, why is Realsoft allowed to do such off-topic posts which are even offending other members and I am not allowed to do these kind of posts which are not off-topic? Maybe you call parts of it off-topic but I think that my posts are not off-topic since they belongs to the thread.

Yes, when a moderator says stop the offtopic, you can easily get a warning or an infraction for not obeying. Rules are so obvious and easy to follow.

Remember to stay ontopic. Having an separate offtopic discussion will most likely end up with warnings. Unless you already have a lot of warning/infractions. Then a direct infraction will be taken.

To many infractions will lead to an auto ban.

So, it's useless to complain after having been warned many times.

Actually I made this thread to get to know the opinion of other moderators/players on these things. At the moment I am drunk so don't mind my english but I am still sure that it has not to do anything with being off-topic since it is not if you read realsoft´s other posts.

It's not closed yet, my post not deleted, doesn't seem to happen often here:O abit proud on myself for not making a post which gets deleted... did not even get an infraction for it! since my last 10~ posts lead to 6 infractions because of being off-topic... I don't get it, if someone talks to me, why shouldn't be I able to talk back in the same thread? The post of the other one is not getting deleted, too... nothing he gets...

so, does anyone of the posters above know what thread I am talking about? I am 100% sure you did not know about the thread but I am sure you're looking at it as soon as you see my reply and stick to your opinion because you do not want to look dumb in front of the public.

like said, please take this personally to the accuser in question, also any problem you may feel towards a MOD, do so privately towards them or an Admin. turning this publicly can result in unwanted flaming.

Please use better judgement towards these kinds of situation.

Again, use better judgement and if anyone has any problem you may discuss this privately with out provoking any additional commotions.

First of all, he was saying he drunk and sorry for his English. You new moderators know how to read well:sigh:. I don't see how it is off-topic, if that is off-topic, when Stians & CyberM posts (before mine), should be deleted for mis-reading his post, and posting about the person being drunk and not how the infraction/warning was justified, therefore it's off-topic.

I'm glad to see people using the Feedback board instead of PM, some of these issues should be addressed publicly because a lot of shit has been happening.

Can find nothing wrong with that infraction. Not to mention you guys, RealSoft, Filthy and KingDanny should have been permanently banned for this everlasting conflict that you fail to understand it should be taken in private.

Any further complaints should be taken in private. That's the main reason you receive the infraction message by PM. If you feel the need to have this thread open, pm me with a good reason and I'll re-open it. Till then, no further discussion is really needed.

Apparently, the one who is most active with "report post" button, is the one with power. Learn from the mod abusers. Report posts.

Realsoft knows where the report button is located. And his reports contains relevant information regarding otlands rules. Thats all we need.
We do not jump into personal discussions. We do not take sides, we do not decide who to pity or to hate. We follow our pattern, and solve the reported posts.
The reported post compared to the forum rules is our law. The more you report, the more power you will gain from us.
(Simply because your reported posts will be seen by a moderator, moderators don't take all the credit, after all, it was you who reported the posts. Making the victim get a moderators judgement, because of the reporter).

If you find oftopic posts. Report it. Depending on the situation, depending on the moderators reaction to it. The user who made the post will either get a post deletion, a warning or an infraction.
