Recommend dedicated

Hey!

Im this close finishing my RL tfs 1.0 map, map size is 110 mb so here im my question.
Which dedicated server would u recommend ? i don't want the exact ram, a little more than needed would be great, also a company that provides ddos protection.

My budget is unlimited, but just because it is unlimited i don't want recommendation about dedi servers worth 300 euros cuz its not worth it.

https://hosteam.pl/ - costs alot but can handle DDoS etc, ex shadowcores is using them.
http://www.server4you.net/dedicated-server/server-vergleich.php?server=BIG - cheaper then hetzner, but if you get ddosed they will shut your computer down untill the ddoser stops.
