Can you tell us what's going wrong with it? While trying recovering do you receive the following message?: "Success! A mail has been sent to the e-mail address with instructions on how to recover your account. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, also check your spam folder as it is possible that your e-mail provider has marked it as spam.".
Or either your account numer or e-mail address is wrong.

Well, im sure i know the account number and email. Since I'm alway's using same email as on every account lol
