In order to recover your account(s) you need to wait for a reply either from a Moderator, Mark or Hani. You could pm them too, but you will have to proof the email provided belongs to the account @Albert José. It's rare that you don't receive the e-mail, you probably entered the email wrong. Search "otland" on your email or check your junk/trash.
