Red Skull after one kill

I am using the TFS 0.2 Mystic Spirit found here:

I get a red skull after killing one person, where do I go to fix this problem? I can't change to 0.3 TFS it just doesn't work. Any help is appreciated.

Forget it, I'll just lower the amount of time it takes to lose a frag and time it takes to lose a white skull, works okay.

you can change amount of frags to RS at lua ^^
