Red skull bug?

This person with these frags got redskull even though my config is set on this:

dailyFragsToRedSkull = 10
weeklyFragsToRedSkull = 50
monthlyFragsToRedSkull = 120

Can anyone explain this to me?

Try lowering or raising the numbers and re-save the config. Try that and comeback and report.
