Why are red skull traps illegal ?

I mean, they are not a bug abuse, nor game weakness abuse...so..why are they illegal ?
It´s just a battle between experienced players and noobs, nothing illegal .

Nobody will get a ban after a red skull trap in Glbal Tibia , it just doesnt make sense !

I fall into a red skull trap once and i was really upset because i lost everything but i never, i mean, never , thought about complain about that . It was my fault and when i loose something because of my lack of precaution i take my medicine .

I never had a char banned because of a red skull trap but it´s sad to see that good players are getting banned because they are using their knowledge to have fun, it should not be illegal .

The world is getting to soft . We have womans joining the army, gays getting more civil rights than normal people, and noobs being compensated after traps

RS Trap isn't illegal on RL Tibia, as long as you dont use multiclient, and this is an OT, so please keep it as an OT, dont use the same rules and dont try to become real tibia.
RS Trap is and have always been a part of the game, I lost around 28-30 accounts 2 days ago, including many level 250+ and a huge amount of cash on my casinocharacter "Money Flow" without even getting a warning, I mean, if he is gonna delete over 1 year of work for me, he could atleast be able to give me an warning.
