Most of the mods behave that way, so if I start reporting offensive posts will the guy get warnings & infractions?

Then we can see them faster and take actions, so I guess a answer would be yes.

Well I don't believe they would punish the guy, I think they are afraid of getting hated for punishing people even if it's a clear case.

I would call it a pretty good way of solving it, since when did it become your duty to decide what actions our moderators should take? If we choose to give the user a few chances to behave better it's our decision.

Well, thats true. Lately otland has accepted pretty much everything, thats why so many has been whining so much lately.

I remember before when you could not even double post without getting a infraction.

Back when i was kinda new, and i didnt know that it was illegal to dubble post, they always posted on my profile to not dubble post

I'm just reading the thread. Mods, (only some) are you getting paid to be looked bad? Or is it just because you don't give a sh*t?

Also, about the "High Tolerance" policy. Why don't you "lower" it. As if some mods don't even do there jobs. Some people like to always complain. But mods, some matters do require for some users to be banned b/c he or she has had infractions, and warnings from before.

Some mods, don't do there job well. And to the ones that actually do, thanks.

Also, stop making more threads about moderators. If nothing is being done, why are you even complaining? Moderators, the matter's arn't being solved, or very poorly explained. Why even keep the threads open about the users who arn't being punished or moderators being bashed.

P.S: I think the thread should have closed at Talaturen's Post. No reason when Talaturen actually explained what his moderators are actually doing not some big post @ the user or users.
