Regeneration Bug? Lol?

so, i had a problem before with my ot, that i couldnt change the regenation of vocations in vocations.xml, i could change any value that it wouldnt work.(i could change the hpamount to 28091832019 and it would ALWAYS gain the same amount) and now, suddenly in my server it happened again! (lol?)
i created a knight 3h ago and he gain hp and mana amount just like i choose in vocations.xml, ok.
and then i created now and it is gaining the same values of when i had the problem! what the hell --' (not just knight, all vocs)

Website has NOTHING to do with a server configurations what-so-ever.

so it is probably the distro? cause it happened with the server online, the gainamount changed with the server online!
