Regeneration items doesn't work at logout/login!?

Hello i am having problem with my regeneration items, when you equip them you get the regeneration but when you logout/login then the regeration stops, though you can put them off/on again and the regeneration will get back.
The part in movements is added:

LUA: 
	<movevent type="Equip" itemid="6132" slot="feet" event="function" value="onEquipItem"/>
	<movevent type="DeEquip" itemid="6132" slot="feet" event="function" value="onDeEquipItem"/>

Any idea on how to fix it?

If you put it on and then take it off and keep it off, you probably will still have the regeneration.
If that is the case, it's the way how the function works, I really don't know how anyone can fix this.

No if i keep them off the regeneration stops, so it seems like movements is working correct. But maybe some function at login that have been forgot?
