Windows Regeneration

Ive tried to change the regeneration in the data\XML\Vocations.xml for each class but it wont change in game although it stays what i have set.

using TFS 0.3.5

DO it while your server is offline. If you make these changes and than reload vocations the changes will not affect the players that are online at that moment(had this issue once). Also it is possible ur changing wrong values.
