Register bank to zaypay?? HELP!!

I need help with the bank part on Zaypay. I really dont know what to put. Can u ppl just guide me a little thrue it?

The things in the red box is what i need help with. If you just could put like this :

Account owner: The full name of the owner of this bank account

check 2 first boxes.
account owner = your full name thats written on your card
acc number = bank card number
name = full name
location = town/city
swift/bic = number of your bank place, every bank location has a different number to its building ( same, from bank if you call them )
iban = international bank account number ( you can get this from your bank if u call them )

The last 2 should be on your bank paper statment if you get one.
Me i get a papper from bank once a month, like with the money i spend, where at, time etc.. and those details are on it. But im not sure about other countries aprt from UK.

thanks for your help but this part: acc number = bank card number. I Got some numbers on my bank card XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Its 16 numbers, is that what i should put on acc nymber part?

OK thanks but sorry for beeing anoying but should i have spaces between the numbers aswell? And my Visa card is for ppl under 18 years, but this card still works? And last question, when putting my name should i have my last name first or last? :P

Again, sorry for the stupid questions xD

From sweden, never bought anything online or something like that, im 15 years. Got no idea about this with bank accounts.
Still stuck at swift/bic and iban :P Isnt there any other ways to find out about those things without calling them?

well i googled my swift/bic wasn't that hard if you know what street your bank is located at.
iban i got from statment. so not really sure if you can get it otherway then calling them.
