Hello all dear Otland users.

Well i request a Npc script that can Broadcast something every hour?

Ofc it would be nice if i could change the time by myself.

don' tell me to search, because i have alredy done it twice...

well u didn't search coz there is one released but bugged :S
anyway i would like to have one that broadcast commands generally
and i choose the time (I requested this b4 only Colandus helped but it isn't working)
