How do i fix it so that there is no spamming of spells?!?!?!? The exhaust in config doesnt work!

so... i went into it.. and the map isn't updated , and some quests, like anihi doesn't work... there is a server that's real ot i think the page was realot.net o something like that, that has the real 7.6 updated map... i'm trying to find it.. but no matches... anybody has a clue?

For everyone who downloaded this server:
There are secret EQ rooms, where you get alot of money, rar set, magic longsword and so on.. also there is hidden hydra, dragon, necro spawns.
