I've seen some requests on the Spell NPCs so I decided to make them, with some help from Mokerhamer

Newest changes:
- Included the keyword "spells" to all NPCs. If you say spells to a paladin trainer, and you're a sorcerer yourself, it will tell you: "I'm sorry, I only sell spells for paladins." Otherwise it will tell you for which levels he can teach you spells.
- Fixed some spells which had a couple of misstakes, like level requirement and so on.
- Major bugfix for all NPCs, now they should really work.
- Corrected prices and spells in NPCs.
- Fixed the "spells" keyword for every NPC. 2x
- Fixed a small issue on knight spell NPC, which would cause you to buy berserk instead of fierce berserk.
- Fixed a small issue on druid\sorc spell NPC.
- Fixed a small issue on paladin spell NPC. 3x
- Changed autowalk to walkinterval, used by TFS 0.2
