What version of TFS are you using? There must be a script with a serious problem if it is crashing. Or its just on of the little unique things TFS has

If you use TFS 0.3.6 (or a similar server) it's possible when you reload creaturescripts your server will crash or not reload it properly.
It doesn't have to mean something is wrong in creaturescripts, best is to just restart your server if you make any changes there.

It's normal for this server to crash when reloading creaturescripts, or sometimes when it doesn't crash it doesn't reload properly what makes it look like a script isn't working properly when it is.
So just restart the server for creaturescripts changes and use reload for the rest.
