REM Map Editor 2.2 Won't Load Tibia 8.6 DAT Files?

I've installing tibia 8.60 like 100x tried different install files everything it just won't load tibia 8.6 dat files help?

You have to download the old tibia version of 8.60 files. You can find them at the RME official site. There is a tab for clients.
