Remere Livestream problem

The problem is, when I log in, remere doesn't load. Also when I reload remere (f5) I only see a black screen and can't do anything. But I actually can see the minimap. I have the same problem when I download a map from msn or hotmail. The only way I can use this map is when I open a new remere, then import the map. When I save it, I have to same problem again when I want to open it, so I have to import it again with a new file (Other people don't have any problem opening this map btw).
However I can't use this method for livestream, so basicly I can't use it.

Anyone knows what the problem is or how to fix it?
Ps: I have already tried putting firewall and my virusscanner off.

Are you opening it via remote admin?

Are you running RME on your PC or on some kind of program that resembles Teamviewer (aka remote admin)

Ok, so when you open RME it doesn't show you anything? Not even the pallette?

Its works perfect when I open my own work or when I open a new file. But when I go on livestream or when I open a map I got from hotmail or msn, then remere doesn't load. I can see the palettes and the mini map, even the map in the mini map. But I only see a black screen and can't do anything.
I can open a map when I start a new remere and import the map, but ofc I can't do this with livestream. So I only get this problem when I try to open a map from other people.

Ok, make sure the other people are using RME too and are they using Win or Linux?

Hmmm well hell... So the only error you get when you open a map from hotmail is that it goes black and you can't see anything (including the menu bar and pallette) and it freezes?

I can see everything except from the map, I can click on the minimap and go to different parts (with clicking on the minimap), but still only see a black screen and can't add anything.
