Solved Remere´s map editor cant place NPC´s

Hi, Because of some strange problem I cant understand it refuses to work...

I have already imported my NPC´s so dont tell me to do that,
however when I try to put it down somewhere its red and wont be put anywhere, and that goes for all the creature Palettes...

Although I can place items and other stuff only creatures are red and cannot be placed, anyone can help me?

did u added spawn first ?

and remember if you have pz zone in this spawn u can spawn only npc
for monsters remove the pz zone

but you missed the place spawn maybe
