This should be the one from remere's.
Just a heads up: virustotal detects a bunch of trojans in the .exe but I've never experienced any problems (if I'm not mistaken all 8.6 clients fail virus detection).
If you want you can download it on a virtual machine first to stay safe & see that there's nothing funky with it
