Remeres' item id-s are not the same with item id-s ingame

I have this bug so for example if i want to add a throne I need to put some little ring on the map so it shows a throne ingame.

I did as you said:
Don't forget to replace your TFS' items.otb with the one from %PROGRAMFILES%\Remere's Map Editor\data\854

I changed the items.otb in remeres map editor but now i cant use the brush system. I can use only RAWs. Can i fix it somehow?
Also every time i open my map is says you have old blabla.otb and do you want to update it? But if i update the id s will go wrong again.

Did you replace server's (TFS') items.otb or RME's ?
