Remere's Map editor - Border trouble with staircase

I can't seem to figure this one out: I have a staircase that I can walk up, but I can't go back down, my initial thoughts are that it's the borders of the grass that is the issue, any ideas on how I can go about to get it working properly? I can't seem to get rid of the borders, if indeed that is the trouble?

You are missing yellow square called stairs I think its id is something about 350, you need to place it above stairs

You need to make sure that you have yellow tile 459



That there is not a blocking tile under the stair (ie - mountain border)



And that theres actually a floor (tile is pathable) under the stair
