Solved remere's map editor bug?

well im trying to use the editor program, but when i try to see anything on the windows is all black, i use the minimaps to see where i am and on the minimap i can see the map but on the editeable map there is nothing only back on every single place and on the 15 floors, the only way of seeing it is putting "ghost higher floors" but i cant modifiy nothing, if any1 could help pls..

Floor 7, and click on minimap where map is and itll show lol

Try CTRL + T, there you will see the temple position and then, CTRL + G and put the temple position.

ctrl t is to change temple position... If you see it on your minimap but not on RME chances are you might be below the map. Or above it.

With CTRL + T you can look the temple position and go over there.

Yes but see other than to see that and edit it ctrl+t has no use. But enough for now, search for the map young padawan!

no, i think u didnt understand or u didnt read what i wrote. as i said i found on the minimap the map, but on the other window where its for editing i dont see anything, weird thing is that when i for example click on some kind of floor tile or stair tile to add it into the map, when i add it then all the stuff appears, just so u can see hwats going on here are a few ss.

first ss u can see that in minimap im situated on the map but then on the other map there is nothing.


second ss I click on "ghost higher floors" and as Its normal it shows the above floor cus its on the main floor.


and third ss there is a weird thing that when i add anything to the map then it shows the walls and stuff that its above it, let me show u, here i added a big brush size and then cliked once to put water, and woalah! what was suppoused to be there apears above the water!! fuking weird thing right??????????????

View>Show only modified objects (tick it/untick it, not sure which), not sure if this is the exact thing but something along these lines.

Sorry for bumping a very old thread but I experience almost the same thing but what's black is my minimap - out of function, you could say. I can see and map properly but I can't use the minimap function to actuallly see the minimap. Anyone got a solution? I'm using a "modified" version of Remere's to work on 7.4.
