Remeres map Editor error please help

Hi guys, i got this error when loading remeres map editor. It says
Unsuported client version ! (8) and after that error loading map.
any help appreciated thanks.

Did you try to open a 8.7 map?
If so, that's not possible and you will get errors.

If you want to edit an 8.7 map, use File -> Import -> Import Map.

Did you located it to the tibia client folder?

Got the same problem yesterday.
Uninstalled remere's mapeditor. uninstalled all versions of tibia i used for the editor.
downloaded the new ones from REMERE'S SITE Download - Remere's Map Editor (RME) - An Open Source Map Editor for Open Tibia. (dont use tibiaclient.com, wrong "numbers" in client! maybe curruped)
Installed all the clients, and installed the editor.
everything worked fine after that

or not, just remebered if had backup. the maps with (8) error doesnt work for me xd

im trying to open an 8.0 map and the path is set my client is from unidownlaod still no joy
