Yes, that's possible.
Set the map you want to copy the part from to the same client version as your own map with Map, Properties and then Client Version.
Then open both maps in the same Remere window. Then select the parts you want to copy with using both shift and ctrl. Shift is to select them and ctrl to scroll to other floors.
