can i search on monsters position in the editor or do i have to just find them out by myself?

Ctrl+F -- Monster name.
It will display all the monster on the map with the name that you searched for.

I think you can see the positions on map-spawn. But in this will have all monsters of your map. I don't know if is possible search for a monters with a command on map editor.

no a command like that i search for demons then i come to the demon spawn in mapeditor then i can place out a tp

No, You can't search after monster that leads you to the x place in the map editor.
