Is there any? Because I am an admin on my friend's ots, and when something is wrong with npc or monster, I would like to make a fast restart, but I can't because I don't have access to the console. I can use ftp aswell as database.

There is no way unless he sets it up, what OS is it running on?

If Linux, just tell him to set up a ssh for you so you can connect to the terminal or make a script that can execute "onSay", the script needs to be written on Bash.
