Remove button in hex editor

Hello I would like your help,
I would like to remove these tibia client buttons by 8.6 hex editor or otherwise.
I only managed to remove the text, but I could not remove the buttons, someone could help me?

Not sure how to remove the buttons but I thought I would let you know that you can disable item hotkeys in the server config. The buttons will work but the hotkey when pressed will not.

Yes, but I wanted to remove the client bud even 8.6,
or if there was a way to put a bitmap on top or something.
any way hide or take
