Windows Remove "Don't send" window [REP++]

I hosted my OT on Windows 2003 server and had an auto restarter for it and it worked perfectly, but now I moved my OT to another dedicated server at Serverloft and the OS is Windows web server 2008. When the server crashes it doesn't restart anymore, it shows an "Don't Send" window, so my question is how to remove the don't send window so the ot can restart by itself..

it's for programs made in microsoft tools (Visual basic, C++ etc etc) and you can use them Just search for Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5

I installed it and restarted the computer and when I got a crash, same as before. I have to click don't send before it restarts, I want the server to restart without clicking don't send..
