Lua Remove player house (active player)

Hello, i saw many thread about delete inactive players and houses.

But, what about active players that wont a house anymore, how can they buy another house or remove it from your character if nobody buy it.

Do you use ingame commands? if i remember well, there was a !leavehose command. Not sure.

!leavehouse -- at entrance
alito sio -- inside house

Could be either one.

However sometimes they edit the talkaction to something else.
Check talkactions.xml if your unsure. The script should be leavehouse.lua
