remove skills with skill table

Hello! I would like to ask how to remove Critical hit chance and the rest of the following skills from my OTS/Client?

I'm using 10.98 1.4.2TFS

If its cip client I think you can not remove it without dll injection

If its OTC then on modules/game_skills/skills.otui
