Removing a login message

Where do I remove/edit a message you instantly get as when you log in, it's not a message you see at the bottom, it's a message you see dead in the middle of your screen, and have to exit out of it.

Yes, it's like a welcome/information message, it's a message box, not a message that you see in your server log
